A wand of rusting is made from the antenna of a rust monster. It has 3 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend one of its charges to cast rusting grasp. The wand regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn.
History
Wands of rusting were used by the saboteurs on RNS Coaltongue to disable various parts of its machinery. One was recovered from the halfling assassin.
