PC Equipment
Requisitioning Equipment
Periodically, each PC will receive an official stipend for equipment and job-related expenses. This stipend is used to requisition weapons, equipment, and magic items from the RHC’s own stock, at retail price.
The stipend and all equipment remain property of the RHC. Any equipment that is no longer required may be returned to the RHC for full credit. (Consumable items are not expected to be returned, but they must be accounted for on an expense form.)
This stipend is also used for miscellaneous job-related expenses (e.g. paying informants), for which an expense form must be submitted, of course.
There is a price list here for equipment that is not listed in the Player’s Handbook, including magic items.
Magic Items
Magic items can be purchased (“requisitioned”) from the RHC just like regular equipment, however there is a limited selection and lower-ranking officers will not have access to all items. (Note that this is different from the system described in the Player’s Guide because 5e doesn’t normally allow magic items to be purchased.)
Prices
Price lists for magic items:
- RHC quartermaster’s price list – Items available from the RHC quartermaster. This list is not complete; items will be added as people ask for them.
- Sane Magical Prices – A more complete list, but some prices will differ and not all of the items will be available.
