Week 1: Pledge Your Goal
1. Set a word goal and your area of focus
My word count will be 50,000 words, Can I do it, No idea, but I'll try.
2. Choose your area of focus
For now, I only have one area that I want to work on. I'm going to be remaking the pantheon for my world, fleshing out each one, creation myths, history, followers and churches, holidays, and every aspect that I can think of to make the gods feel really developed that players can learn and use for their own characters. Additional areas I might work on is making detailed breakdowns of the kingdoms of my world and establishing in depth history for them.
3. Create or update your meta
My META data should still be fine based on what I did during summer camp 2024. Nothing I really want to add at this point.
Week 2: Prepare Your World for New Readers
1. Review your homepage, 2. Create or review your world primer & 3. Set up your community tools
Like with my world's META, I don't have any changes I want to make since summer camp 2024.
4. CSS wizardry
CSS is not something I am familiar with so I think ill leave this be for now.
Week 3: On the Hunt for Inspiration!
1. Read a book or watch a movie!
I'm always reading books so I think I definitely get a lot of inspiration from that.
2. Create a moodboard
AN interesting idea, never something I've done before, Ill give it a shot though I'm dubious for the benefit it will provide me, I fell stories might be more leaning towards what I wish to make this WorldEmber.
3. Create or expand your writing playlist
Have no fear, my playlists are popping.
Week 4: Harness the Power of Friendship!
1. Find a community
I am pretty passive in community groups, however, I think I might send a few of my works to my friends to get feedback on what they think is good and if itd be something the like for our games.
2. Plan your writing schedule
I'm hoping to have a work break this Christmas period so hopefully Ill have a good bit of time for writing.
3. Get some fresh air!
Always breathing, and I sleep too much as it is so we got that covered.
