001 - The Cloudsong Sets Sail

Elionar checks in his sword and shield with the gnome at the top of the rope ladder on the Cloudsong, Airship. Thoma is checking out the Ballista.   Moldrig arrives last and is nervous climbing the ladder up to the airship. He immediately heads down to the galley where he meets a pirate called Eldridge 'Fearless' Sykes and the ships chef, Claudine. He procures some milk and bread.   Elionar moves around the ship to his cabin, and spots Lidia Orellana, Niko Varis and Eldridge. He stays at the back of the ship where he can see if anyone is following them.   Lox stays in his cabin for a while before heading out towards the front of the ship. He has pulled out his cartography tools and has started mapping when he's interrupted by Mary who tells him she's a big fan. She tells him he doesn't need to map the route and suggests that they talk to the captain. However meeting the Captain proves difficult, as he seems disinclined to help him, and suggests he waits until dinner.   Thoma spends some time investigating how the ship words, and meets a green dragonborn called Margot. He gets the impression he knows more about how the ship works than she does, and they spend some time stoking the fire.   Moldrig heads up on deck and meets Lox who isn't particularly interested in him. Moldrig then stealthily follows Lox for a little while until he gets bored.   Thoma heads down to the galley where he overhears Spurious Plotius Pantera asking Claudine for something. He offers to help in the galley and Spurio leaves, bumping into Moldrig on his way out. Moldrig and Thoma get to know each other working in the galley.   Elionar returns to his cabin and is surprised by a knock on the door. Mary and Sarah appear and tell him they're looking for someone who might be working for The Misseen. They ask him to declare he is not working for The Misseen while holding his hand to check for truth. Satisfied, they leave him to it, with a promise to see him at dinner.   They then head to the galley where they check both Thoma and Moldrig.   At dinner, the party all sit down and get to know a little about the people they are sitting next to. Lox learns that the Captain isn't able to show him the map because he's signed several documents and doesn't want to be cursed. Spurio shows an interest in Elionar which Elionar isn't very comfortable with and gives him the name Tristan Beaufils. Thoma meets Aurelia Sanctus.   Mary then tells the story of The Blood Of The Zakkazana Princess to the whole table.   Shortly after, Mary and Sarah call their attention the front of the ship, as they go into the clouds, telling everyone they need to be quiet because they are passing through the graveyard of the Cloud Giants.
