Zelfanite

Description

  The Zelfan Desert is home to the dark-skinned Zelfanites, hardy tribesmen who roam between the oases of the Zelfan Desert. The Zelfanites are organised into a single large tribal confederation that is subject to the World-King's authority, but many tribes within the confederation have little respect for the orders of Nelkheti officials.
