Revolution

After years of growing tension, the weakening authority of the Crown of Falinor in the face of warring noble factions is capitalized on by the declaration of independence of the Okyran Dukedoms, followed in quick succession by most remaining Falinorian tributary states. Wars of rebellion break out, complicated by widespread peasant revolts and an increasingly bloody web of intrigue within Falinor. These events mark the final chapter in the over two centuries of Westerland unification under the Falinorian banner.
