Thibault (Ti-bolt)
A mysterious figurehead in a realm parallel to that of The City. A self-proclaimed leader, he takes frivolity in a great many thing, though can switch to a much more stern and intimidating presence at the flip of a coin- though oftentimes the frivolity is kept, only adding to the sense of danger emanating from him.
