Waldo's Wand

Staff, Artifact, Requires Attunement by a Warlock with a Fey patron   This is the magic staff of Ueres Waldo . It is a rosewood staff, inlaid with gold. The gold inlay spreads up the staff in a vine-like pattern, occasionally sprouting flowers as it ascends. The staff ends in a small flower shape at the top, with an orb levitating one inch above the top of the staff. It appears to be a transparent globe with shapes in its surface reminiscent of one of the moons, although which one specifically seems to change every time a creature looks at it. If a creature looks into the orbs with focus, they can sometimes see an image of a fey face appear and pull a face, which then laughs hysterically, but silently if this elicits a response of fear, surprise or joy from the observer. While attuned to this staff and wielding it, you gain the following benefits:   Gleaming. This item never gets dirty.   Fey Focus. This staff can be used as a spellcasting focus for your spells. Each time you cast a spell using a pact magic spell slot and using this staff as your spellcasting focus, roll your Dice of Fate (1d6) and add the result to the saving throw or attack roll. When you cast the Summon Fey spell using this staff as a spellcasting focus, roll your Dice of Fate (1d6) and add the result to the total hp of the summoned creature.   Fey Friend. If you have the Find Familiar spell, you can summon a sprite as your familiar. If you already have a sprite as a familiar, you gain the ability to summon two separate familiars. To summon the additional familiar, you must find a creature willing to become your familiar, then cast the Find Familiar spell as a ritual, with the potential familiar consenting as you finish the casting of the spell. Following this, you can summon both familiars with a single casting of the spell. Additionally, if you have the Pact of the Chain, you can use its features with both or either familiar as appropriate. For example, you can order both to attack with a single bonus action if you have the Investment of the Chain Master invocation, but can't look through the senses of both familiars at once. However, you can no longer send your familiars to another dimension with as an action. Instead, you can absorb them into your spirit if they are within 5ft as a bonus action, and release them from your spirit as a bonus action. While your familiars reside within your body, they offer benefits to you that are specific to the familiar. Examples of familiars available with this ability include Pepsy and Bagheera.   Mystic Magic. You can cast certain spells with this staff. The spells available for casting with this ability become available based upon the level of the attuned creature; Misty Step at 3rd, Summon Fey at 5th, Far Step at 9th, Investiture of Wind at 11th, and Glibness at 15th. When you use this ability, roll your Dice of Fate (1d6) and add it to the result. On a roll of 1-5, you cannot use this ability again until the next dawn.   Lunar Will. When making a charisma check to resist, control or master the beast within, you can roll your Dice of Fate (1d6) once per familiar currently residing within you, and add the result to the result of the charisma check.
