Vapotas
The underwater city of Vapotas is expansive and almost completely filled with water. However, rarely visitors are able to make their way to and enter the city and such visitors are usually welcomed. Due to this, there are several regions within the city with breathable air, where the magics of the city banish the water within and magically draw the air from the space above the waters that surround the city.
