Shrazz'n Powder

Wondrous Item, Very Rare   This powder, usually consumed when dissolved in a liquid, granting the imbiber magical power. When consumed, you regain a number of spell slots. The spell slots can have a combined level that is equal to 1.5x your level. However, after one minute, you become unconscious and gain 4 levels of exhaustion. This condition cannot be prevented in any way. The state of unconsciousness lasts for a minimum of 1 hour, after which the character can be awoken by taking damage. Otherwise, they will sleep for 48 hours, after which they will lose 3 levels of exhaustion. However, if they are awoken before the 48 hours, they only gain the benefit of, at most, a long rest. A single pouch of Shrazz'n powder contains enough for 3 doses.
