Moonshard of Potential

Wonderous Item, Artifact, Requires attunement by a Twilight Domain Cleric or Circle of the Stars Druid   This is a piece of one of the Three moons of Yolinar. In this case, Máni {Location} . As such, it is invested with some of the holy power of the goddess Máni {Goddess}. To those who are attuned to the magical emanations of the soft twilight light given from the moon, it appears to glow faintly. Attuning to this item while attuned to other moonshards causes it to merge with them, taking the place of only one attunement slot for all of them. Once combined with enough other moonshards, it will form the fabled Lunar Heart.   This moonshard has been altered by fate itself, combining the divine and the draconic. It provides the bonus of allowing the attuned creature to continue to use the Dice of Fate in the manner in which it was originally intended.   Additionally, once the moonshards have completed their transformation into the final form of a Lunar Heart (10 Moonshards), it will instead form a Moonstone Dragon Egg, absorbing any familiar Moon Spirit into it and hatching on the next full moon into a Pigmy Lunar Dragon. This Dragon form of the Moon Spirit will be bound to the attuned creature in a similar manner to a familiar, but with the benefit of being able to grow over time. If the Moon Spirit is already bound to another item, so long as the creature is still attuned to both items, the Pigmy Lunar Dragon can summon the bound item at will as an action or reaction, to give it to the attuned creature.
