Mantle of Zorquan

Wonderous Item, Very Rare, Requires Attunement   A gift from Zorquan to all Dragon-kin, this cloak enhances the very essence of dragons within its wearer. While wearing this cloak, it confers the following benefits to its wearer. As a bonus action or reaction, you can cause the cloak to embed itself into your back and transform into two large dragon wings, granting you a fly speed equal to your movement speed. If its wielder is Dragonborn, Kobold, Half-dragon or Lizardfolk, the wings are the same colour as the scales of the wearer, otherwise, the colour is determined randomly by the DM. If you are not wearing clothes tailored for this effect, this tears them and if you are wearing armour that is not tailored for this, you cannot use this effect. If the wearer is a Dragonborn or Half-dragon, your Draconic Resistance becomes Draconic Immunity, granting immunity, instead of resistance while attuned to this cloak. If the wearer is a Kobold, your Draconic Cry ability increases it's range to 30ft.   Curse. If a race other than Dragonborn, Kobold, Half-Dragon or Lizardfolk attempts to attune to this cloak, they succeed, but will no longer remove it willingly, or willingly allow harm to come to it. Additionally, over the course of 10 days, they slowly develop more draconic qualities, resulting in their race becoming either Dragonborn for medium creatures, except dwarves, or kobolds, for small creatures and dwarves at the end of the 15 days. A Remove Curse spell, or similar effect can allow the wearer to remove the cloak immediately, resulting in the transformation reversing at the same rate. However, if the transformation completes, it is permanent, regardless of whether or not the cloak and curse are removed and can only be reversed with a Wish Spell, Divine Intervention, or similar effect.
