Todd the Surgomancer, or the Self-Five Todd, was a wizard who specialised in the healing arts. To assist him, he crafted these gloves to allow him to perform remote tasks with a greater degree of skill.
While wearing these gloves, you can cast Mage Hand twice simultaneously, providing you already know the Mage Hand cantrip. However, this now requires concentration and if the hands move more than 10ft from each other, the spell ends. These hands cannot benefit from other effects that affect the Mage Hand spell, such as the Telekinetic feat.
