Properties

Material Characteristics

This transparent metal is usually a deep forest green, or dark purple. It is reminiscent of crystals, and requires specialized magics to refine and forge.    Those who can use arcana can easily discern this element, and it was specially designed for arcana use.    Attained from the crystallization of the liquid blood of Zek'Ashel, this metal is stuck in a state between crystalline and metallic. However, the general properties of this element are more metallic than crystalline.

Origin & Source

Zek'Ashel is one of the Fae deities, is in direct service of Pnumesthersept. The Fae were not really designed to operate long term in the mortal realms. The blood of Zek'Ashel is pure arcana, and highly compatible with reality. He outfits the Fae with weapons, armor, trinkets, and equipment designed to allow the Fae to function in the mortal realms more efficiently.    Eventually Zek'Ashel perfected the element, arcnezeum.

History & Usage

Everyday use

Arcnezeum is most often used to outfit champions of Zek'Ashel. Fae'kyrie also occasionally commission a specific artifact. Champions of Zek'Ashel are a force to be reckoned with, their defensive capabilities increase dramatically while arcnezeum is equipped. Weapons made from this element are almost indestructible, and are easy to enchant, or imbue with energy in general. Casters favor this metal as the base for almost all their equipment, as it can store and channel massive amounts of energy.

Hazards

This element is unnaturally heavy. When an object attempts to inflict it's will onto arcnezeum, it will require far more effort. And yet when placed on the table, it won't even leave a scratch nor dent.
