Dragon Tail
Dragon Tail is a type of Hallucinogen gaining popularity throughout Golivion. Dragon Tail is so popular because once taken it will give the user visions of them heroically fighting off a dragon (which has given it its name) and doing other heroic accomplishments.
Dragon Tail was created by a genius named Sudak Drogash. Dragon Tail was created in the country of Wekruhnds. Sudak was a well respected noble, who lived in one of the largest cities in Wekruhnds (Nosa). Unfortunately Nosa was attacked by an Adult Blue, which ended up killing Sudak's wife and kids, leaving Sudak scarred and mortally injured.
Enraged Sudak needed a way to escape the pain he felt in the world so he developed Dragon Tail. Sudak developed Dragon Tail to keep his mind occupied while taking revenge against "Dragons". Sudak became addicted and dependent on his own creation and wanted others to feel the joy that he felt taking this drug.
Once Sudak saw the popularity of his drug, he soon became greedy and started the empire now known as The Dragon Cartel. The Dragon Cartel is running out of the ruined city of Nosa.
Sudak was once a kind soul but now due to addiction of his own product and greed, Sudak has become a twisted and evil man.

DND
Save: the first time someone uses Dragon-tail they must make a DC 10 CON save or become addicted to Dragon-tail. Each time a person does Dragon-tail within 5 days from their last use the save becomes 2 higher.
Inspiration: After all of the effects of the Dragon-Tail have worn off you gain one inspiration die which is a d8 which you can add to any save, skill check, or attack roll you make. If you become addicted to Dragon-Tail each time the effects wear off, you gain one inspiration die which is a d12 which you can add to any save, skill check, or attack roll you make. You cannot stack these inspirations and once you use the dice the inspiration goes away until you use Dragon-Tail again.
Exhaustion: After you use Dragon-Tail and try to take a long rest, you cannot gain all hit points, so you have to use hit-die. You do regain all spell slots, race abilities, and class abilities. But you gain one level of exhaustion due to being kept all night with visions.
Addiction: If a person becomes addicted to dragon they gain an overwhelming urge to continue using Dragon Tail. When addicted if a person does not use Dragon Tail at least once every 5 days their constitution score decreases by 2. If their constitution gets to 0 they die.
Overdosing: When a person constitution gets below 10 each time they take Dragon Tail, they must make a DC 13 CON check or OD. If they succeed the save nothing happens. If they fail the save then roll a d2. On 1 a character starts to fear for their life, believing anything is out to kill them. The person trusts no one. On a 2 the person's knocked unconscious. The overdose effects last for 1d6 hours.
Withdrawal: After a person becomes addicted with Dragon Tail they can make a DC 14 CON save at the end of every 5 days (if they haven't used Dragon Tail within those 5 days). If they succeed they begin to experience withdrawal and the addiction symptoms cease. If they fail they continue to be afflicted by the affects of addiction. During withdrawal if the creature has access to Dragon Tail they must make a DC 10 WIS save or start to use again. If the creature goes 10 days without using Dragon Tail they are cured of their addiction. Many people during withdrawal may start to see Flashbacks of their past. While in the withdrawal stage at the start of each day roll a d20. On an even the creature suffers from no Flashbacks. On an odd the person starts Hallucinating and having Flashbacks throughout the rest of the day. If the creature is afflicted from Flashbacks then the save to not use Dragon Tail increase to a DC 13 save. During withdrawal, if addicts have easy access to Dragon Tail but are being denied it, the addicts may become hostile and dangerous.
Restoration: If a lesser restoration spell is cast on a creature during addiction or over dose, they are cured of whatever effect is afflicting them. (If cast on someone who is suffering from withdrawal they are no longer addicted or suffering from withdrawal affects). Lesser restoration cannot undo the effects of the addiction.
