My submissions for WAWA 2025

Best Worldbuilding Article:

Boria on the Delta
Settlement | Jan 28, 2025

The Capital of the Kingdom of Stormitia and the second largest city of the continent of Teria.

Boria on the Delta marks a before and after in terms of how I write my settlements. I love everything I did for this article, the map could improve a bit but it was my first big city map. I especially like the demography part of the settlement where I describe the main groups living in it, with some art of course!.

Most beautiful world and best world

Yeia
Unfortunately I can't submit Yeia to the artist's most beautiful world because...well... I used some AI art in the past... (I should work on replacing it in the future), but this year I'm confident enough on my world and on what I made this year that I decided to submit Yeia to Most Beautiful World and Best World.

Heart & Minds

The Davidovian Games
Tradition / Ritual | Dec 7, 2023

The greatest sport event in Yeia, celebrated in honor of the Goddess Tyr and the heroes of the past.

One of the tradition articles I enjoyed to write the most. Everything from the origin of the games to the events and the meaning behind is so well thought that when I read it again I was like... Oh It seems I was inspired when I wrote this thing... I'd like to add more art to it, especially the Treasury buildings for the rest of the nations that took part in the games, but hopefully I'll think about it after WAWA, for the time being you can just take a look at the Treasury of the Oronai and the statues around it dedicated by oronai winners and monarchs.

Rise of Nations

Sun Elves
Ethnicity | Dec 8, 2024

The easternmost elves, the indigenous habitants of the Kingdom of Unhellion, perhaps the most sophisticated of all the elf Kingdoms.

Of course, I couldn't miss one of the articles that you liked the most of the ones I've written this year. I'm super proud of this article, which I put a lot of love into because I really wanted to write about this ethnic group that is so... "exotic", so to speak. I hope the art adds more inmersion to the article

Wondrous Nature

Dragon Birds
Species | Jan 28, 2025
This is perhaps the species articles I'm most proud of . I'm planning to include more illustrations as I create more dragon bird species but I think this is a nice introduction to theropod dino...I mean dragon birds.

Strength & Honor

Limitanei, Blatian Frontier Soldiers
Military Formation | Jun 6, 2025

The Brave soldiers who protect the borders of the Blatian Empire

Since this category is also related to warfare I decided to submit an article related to this topic that I did during SummerCamp 2024 and that, in my humble opinion is one of the most detailed and most "readable" articles regarding a military unit

Pillars of Progress

Steam Transport
Vehicle | Dec 23, 2024

A marvel of Blatian engineering and science that allows goods to be transported from Blati's ports to the warehouses and main markets of the Imperial capital

One of the articles of this year's WorldEmber that caught the attention of a considerable ammount of people, I think that the whole concept and the design is pretty cool, and the fact that it is unique to one settlement, Blati makes them even more interesting.

Myth and Legends

The Banquet of the Heroes
Myth | Jul 23, 2024

The Banquet of the victorious heroes after that Siege of Durstolon, the city of the Ten Walls.

The Banquet of the Heroes is like a sequel to the The Siege of Dorstulon, the city of the Ten Walls the most important epic tale for the Davidovian peoples, and the begining of the prelude to the Nostoi the tales which narrate the return of the heroes to their homeland and what happened after this epic conflict.

Map

Map of the Kingdom of Oronia
This is the map of the Kingdom of Oronia around the year 800 AP and depicts its main cities and locations as well as their history. The map is also valid for the Kingdom of Oronia before the reign of Magas the Great and the conquest of the Sephenian Empire in the 6th century AP.
This map of the Kingdom of Oronia is by far the most detailed map I've done (and hopefully not the last one) I wanted each city to have its own history and its own "personality", like the Ancient Greek city states

Timeline

History of the Seris people
More than 3000 years of Seris civilization, from the first davidovian settlers to the establishment of the Empire and Seria as a unified nation, and from the Arshakids to the current Yuutakid dynasty!,

You've made some spectacular creations this year! Wishing you luck in the awards this year :D   (btw just so you're aware, you can only submit your world to one category at a time — there were some frustrations with this last year, where the limitation had people end up with their worlds automatically assigned to their lesser-preferred category! Be sure to confirm Yeia ends up where you'd like it to be <3)

Ferality spreads in the Owlworks!
Seek a new dawn, in Malkora!
Craft a bright new world, in Ayun Sovos!

Thank you Line!! ^^ Good luck to you as well!! <3. Oups, yes, I received an e-mail telling me that, my bad, I thought the: your Entries to the Awards may only be submitted to one category, only applied to articles and not to the worlds, so my bad for not ask someone and for not having understood it well!, also thanks for letting me know ! ^^
