Eldath's Prophecy

The adventurers reach the Fountain of Eldath, and are given the Prophecy of Xios by the avatar of Eldath.

|The trees of Fortune's Forest begin to become more sparse until there are no more as you approach the giant waterfall known as the Fountain of Eldath. Two tall cliffs intercept each other with a large river overflowing down into the large spring below making the area damp and misty. There appears to be what looks like a giant statue of Eldath (See Avatar of Eldath) holding up the two cliffs so they don't collapse on each other. The sound of the waterfall overwhelms all other sounds, but you feel an omnipotent presence coming from the statue.|

The Fountain of Eldath is a holy place that is strongly tied to the Blessed Fields of Elysium, making connection with the prime diety Eldath easily accessable to characters with her allignment. Eldath has been searching for adventurers to fulfill the Prophecy of Xios, and the players are just those adventurers. The prophecy guides adventurers on how to release the curse placed on Myrkul from the seventh calamity, whether that be to destroy the artifact that was gifted to him or to defeat his faithful henchmen and banish him to another plane of existence. Eldath encourages the players to destroy the artifact and says nothing about the other method. She advises the players to seek out their respective class guilds in Brynharde to become stronger before fulfilling the prophecy.
