The Three Moons

Xillick has three moons, one silver, one green, and one blue. They each have their own cycle, and these cycles coincide with one another every 1260 days, or once every three and a bit years. The silver moon is also referred to as the Weaver's moon by Villities, and has a twenty-day cycle. The green has a thirty-five day cycle, and the blue moon has a forty-five day cycle. This moon is often referred to by Villites as the Lovers' moon, and is thought to be watched over by both the Stag and the Weaver. There is a belief that on the night of a full Lovers' moon, conception is aided by the gods.
