Fingernail Guards
The woman in beautiful silk robes lifted a hand to her lips to hide the soft smile. On her pinky and ring fingers extended long silver claws surrounding her nails.
History
Began when an emperor had them made for his empress, so that her incredibly long nails would be safe from breaking during her day to day life. (He had a fetish for being scratched during sex)
Execution
Women are given gifts of fingernail guards to encourage them to grow out the ring and pinky nails. The guard then guards these nails.
