The Council

The Council are the governing body of Xhorandin that consists of several important members of Xhorandian society. The Council meets regularly to report potential findings or pose a needed change to Xhorandins infrastructure. No changes can be made without the approval of The Mayor. This frequently leads to infighting between some of the guilds.
