Tranqtus
The capital of the Blue Sands, a home to moon elves, and a hub of learning throughout the sands. One of the most notable things here is the large library where they collected knowledge of the elves and many travelers lie. It may not be comparable to Fizell, but still stands as one of the largest on Xeros. The majority of people living here are moon elves, who call it one of the few homes in the world for their people, and they work to collect knowledge and even train those who are willing and able in magical ways. Many travel here for the knowledge, others for training, and other just to bask in the peaceful blue sands of the area.
