Camp Nobu

A military camp/village/training facility within Izo. They on the border of Izo to help protect against attacks from the other countries. The camp fully came into its own during the Izo/Zoaneth conflict as it was one of the only camps to sustain itself throughout the conflicts, and after many attacks. The soldiers who are stationed and live here are of a different breed, as they were known to commit horrible acts during the war to put fear, and also a form of retribution for trapping the dead bodies on the battle field, against those of Zoaneth. The most well known act was scalping enemies and, chaining the hair left on the removed scalp, and hang it from trees to make a path or simply to taunt the enemy. After the conflict, many stayed to help protect things and so it was turned into its own little town.   There are some oddities about the town and its residents though. Those enlisted as soldiers have tattoos around their necks and no one except soldiers are allowed in the barracks, and cannot leave during their duty for any reason. Also the soldiers can only enter and exit through certain gates at specific times. It is unknown why all these things exist, but the people have simply excepted this as just another part of life here.
