Rabinan (Rob-ih-nahn)
(a.k.a. The God of Water and Frost)
Rabinan is the god of water and frost. Tales of divine intervention by Him can often be heard in dockside taverns, and many of these may be true, though the majority of people who hear the stories dismiss them as fanciful tales. He is a mostly benevolent god, but if angered, can reap destruction with abandon.
He is commonly worshipped by seafarers and those in the arctic regions.
