Tishi post is a post office, run out of Brighthome. With its curiors boasting the capability of being able to go between the nations, rain or shine through war and peace. It is currently bustling with buisness as people reach out to their family at Harvestbrook, and the other border cities, even within other nations as the tensions brew.
Desk Clerk is a halfling teenager who is certainly more than done with it being this busy, her attitude is very confrontational and upset.
