Talseth Dawnsworn, Founder of Hillscrest (renamed to Talseth after his death). Saught to change the Capital of Luminaris to Hillscrest due to its defensible position. He died while within The Clearview after some construction caused rocks to fall killing him and his entourage. He was Proceded by his Young Daughter Reytha Dawnsworn
