Brighthome Barracks
Brighthome Barracks has many different sections, with different portions of the guard having different tasks. There is a Syndicated Criminals Force, who deal with the Midnight Thugs and Various other gangs within the city. The Syndicated Criminals Force is led by a Female Half-Orc known as Grishe Drunatha, She has a tusk deformation that shows she has two tusks where her right tusk would be as they grow out of eachother.
