A Different Game

Before continuing there are a couple of things you should consider depending on what you want to experience in your DnD 5e game. Are you wanting to go on a seafaring adventure? Explore a society that lives solely in the underdark? Play a cleric where you can summon your deity to smite your foes? If so, this specific setting and campaign isn't what you are looking for.

What You Should Know

If you are unfamiliar with the Halo universe, I suggest you check it out for yourself via game playthroughs on YT and a few movies exist on Amazon Prime. But if you want a quick breakdown, here are a few things you will expect to see in this universe.

1. A highly urban and futuristic world that lacks the use of weapons such as swords,bows, and medieval armor.
2. Expansive technology that is more complex and efficient than technology we have today in 2023. This includes numerous amounts of spacecraft and space travel, new automatic weapons, and military vehicles like tanks.
3. A class system that was completely made by me, using elements of the Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, Xanathar's Guide to Everything, and Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. For example, the assault class is the equivalent of a futuristic fighter who can be highly customized in terms of skill sets using feats and fighting styles, where the recon class is a stealth and quick takedown specialist.
