Brightblade
A Brightblade is a weapon (not necessarily a sword) that has been enchanted by magic in some way that can only be specifically manipulated by it's wielder. In most cases, Brightblades are utilized in battle by the specific mage who forged it, though exceptions can be made in the event that a new wielder is magickally similar enough to the creator; such as being the survivor of a ritual previously experienced by the former wielder, or being a direct descendant of the Brightblade's creator.
