Federation Legal Code

  1. Theft from a noble or Federation Recognized Religious Group is punishable by repayment equal to what was stolen along with an extra 100 Gold Pieces. *
2. Theft from a Federation Recognized Business is punishable by repayment equal to what was lost and an extra 50 Gold Pieces.*
3. Destruction of Property is punishable by repayment equal to the repair cost of the damages and help with the repairs.*
4. Assault of a Noble or Religious Worker is punishable by up to 4 Tendays in a local prison. **
5. Assault of a Commonman is punishable by up to 3 Tendays in a local prison. **
6. Murder of a Noble or Religious Worker is punishable by up to 30 Tendays in a fortified prison in a major city.**
7. Murder of a Commonman is punishable by up to 25 Tendays in a fortified prison in a major city.**
8. Taxes must be payed within two tendays of being notified of them. If not payed within this time period, the cost will increase by the amount designated by that city's board of representatives.
9. City Representative Elections shall be held every 5 years.
10. Scamming, conning, or otherwise cheating a customer is illegal and punishable by repayment of financial damages, and any other damages caused.
*If the offender does not have the stolen object or enough gold to replace it, they must work for the city to get enough gold to replace it.
**If the Assaulter or Murderer commits multiple accounts of Assault and/or Murder, they will be charged for each crime separately.
