Oni
Oni are the "Demon Giants" of Yugawa. Though they actually share no history with either Demons or Giants, their size and appearance draw the comparison.
There are five kinds of Oni, each with distinct characteristics and tendencies. The weakest of them are the Modiri. These green Oni are small (for Oni), and have a proclivity towards being sneaky, conniving, and wily. Were it not for their size, they may well be the most powerful, but they lack the mass to put behind their rage and the intelligence to compensate. Roshi, meanwhile, are actually smaller, and are the most intelligent. They are the white Oni, and the most even-keeled. Next, the Oa, are the blue Oni. They are actually the largest of the Oni, standing a solid ten feet tall and weighing over four hundred pounds. They are prone to laziness and apathy, otherwise they'd likely rank above the others. Third are the Iroki or yellow Oni. Yellow Oni are typically sad and mopey, but also prone to vengeance. This makes them often rather solitary creatures. Finally, the Kā are the red Oni. They are the Oni governed by their wrathful and violent natures.

Basic Information
Anatomy
All Oni have the same general appearance - at least as far as you can tell they're the same species, but that is largely in the face. Their bodies have a number of variances, in addition to the coloration. The Modiri have only one horn. They also have four arms. The Oa are the only ones that naturally have fat over fifteen percent, but all that is carried in their abdomen. Iroki have four fingers, three horns, and four arms. Kā look essentially like red Orcs, save the second set of tusks and their horns. Roshi are the same only smaller.

Facial characteristics
Oni are famous for their upper and lower tusks. They also have horns of some shape, size, and number. Though the shapes are wildly varied, these horns will be between an inch and a foot, and the Oni will have 1-4 of them.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Oni are found pretty exclusively in Yugawa. Though some may have found their way elsewhere, the vast majority have stayed put.
Average Intelligence
Oni are typically not very smart. Their lacking can be succinctly described as their being quite primitive. They have only really used wood and stone weapons and tools. What few metal tools they have are either crude and iron, or improvised in some way. As a result, they have very few cutting weapons. The vast majority are bludgeoning. The exception to this is the Roshi. Though they are actively denied resources by the majority of the Yugawan people, they are far more developed than the other Oni. Their technological development is on the level of the Clavan Orcs: crude weaponry primarily made from bone and easily worked metals.
Their lack of intelligence does not, however, imply a lack of danger. They are still fully capable of ambushing and overwhelming far larger numbers of enemies. Though they don't strategize much at all, they have an innate sense for combat whether against a wild beast or a squadron of soldiers.

Oni are extremely muscular. Like Orcs, they lack the inhibiter to their ability to build muscle. Even those that don't actively seek to gain additional muscle have a body fat ratio of ten percent.
Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
Their skin color will be white, green, blue, yellow, or red. They may also have tattoos to indicate the tribe they are from.
