This feature can be taken twice, with additional effects being granted on the second time it is taken.   First Level Features
Blade Storm: At the start of your turn, as long as you are armed with a melee weapon and are capable taking the attack action, for a free action, one adjacent enemy takes slashing damage equal to one-half your Ranger level plus your Dexterity modifier.   Second Level Features
Twin-Blade Storm: At the start of your turn, as long as you are armed with a melee weapon and are capable taking the attack action, for a free action, two adjacent enemies takes lightning damage equal to one-half your Ranger level plus your Dexterity modifier.
