Background
To you, the arcane energy flowing through the world is like a raging storm that only you can see. Moreover, you can shape and control this arcane storm to accomplish amazing things. The storm consists of individual spells, like each drop of rain in the maelstrom, and you can pluck these spells free and direct them as you will. You are a spellstorm mage, and you stand among the arcane torrent and use it to enhance the power that you wield.   Paragon Path
This feature can be taken twice, with additional effects being granted on the second time it is taken.   First Level Features
Storm Fury: When you first become bloodied in an encounter, you unleash a burst of arcane energy that deals lightning damage equal to your Wizard level plus your Wisdom modifier to all enemies within 50 ft of you.   Second Level Features
Storm Spell: Once between each long rest, you can reach into the spellstorm and regain a spellslot already used so that you can use it again. Make a Wisdom check as a bonus action, and regain a spell slot equal to 1/4th of the check, rounded up. This abilty cannot be used to recover a spell slot greater than 6th level.
