This feature can be taken twice, with additional effects being granted on the second time it is taken.   First Level Features
Ferocious Reaction: When you are reduced to 0 hit points or fewer, you can make one basic attack.   Second Level Features
Enduring Warrior: When you drop an enemy to 0 hit points or fewer, you regain hit points equal to one-half your Fighter level plus your Constitution modifier. This ability can be used once per long rest.
