This feature can be taken twice, with additional effects being granted on the second time it is taken.   First Level Features
Foresight: You and each ally within 25 feet of you can’t be surprised. Also, you roll twice when making an initiative check; use whichever roll you like.   Second Level Features
Good Omens: Choose one ally within 10 feet of you. For an action, you and the target gain a +5 bonus to all d20 rolls until the end of your next turn, but targets cannot score critical hits when this power is in effect.
