This feature can be taken twice, with additional effects being granted on the second time it is taken.   First Level Features
Dagger Precision: You can score critical hits with daggers on a roll of 18-20.   Second Level Features
Dagger Advantage: When you score a critical hit with a dagger, the target grants combat advantage to you until the end of your next turn.
