Background
You become a special servant of your god, operating with angelic powers to promote the word of your faith. When you use your angelic powers, you briefly take on the aspects of an angel: Your face blurs into angelic blankness, astral wings sprout from your back, and your lower body blurs away.   Paragon Path
This feature can be taken twice, with additional effects being granted on the second time it is taken.   First Level Features
Astral Vibrance: Choose an energy form when you gain this feature: lightning, radiant, or thunder. When a bloodied enemy is within 5 squares of you at the start of its turn, it takes energy damage of your chosen type equal to your Charisma modifier.   Second Level Features
Angelic Presence: You take the form of a powerful celestial being for 10 minutes. Enemies gain a –2 penalty to attack rolls against you. This ability is refreshed after taking a long rest.
