The Cragtiere is a small corner of the Vinelands, from which the Cawgyr is ruled - the chain of Ayr islands from Bay de Noc to the Vestral Downs. It is ruled from Fenoffoi, the movable city of House Ayr. House Ayr is more of a culture than an organized family. The lordship rotates between the patriarchs of various Ayr tribes, each controlling different islands.
