Stokewater

The city of Stokewater is one of the largest and oldest in the Kingdom of Verkund, home to about 13,000 people. It was built alongside Lake Stok during one of the earliest expeditions the kingdom sent out. It serves as a central hub for trade and commerce, becoming the halfway point for inspections, a place to hire protection, and a place to bring goods from smaller surrounding villages. Though it serves as this hub, it does produce it's own grain and lake-life products. Stokewater is also the kingdom's largest exporter of roe, thanks to a newly built hatchery on the lakeside. There is no majority race here, and it's current leader is To'blar Git, a surprisingly inquisitive half-orc.
