While visibly wearing this, you receive +1 to your dexterity score. If it is covered up, by a cloak for example, you lose this bonus.
Once per short rest you may activate it and receive advantage on all dexterity based rolls for 1 minute. However, when activated it's normal shiny, sequined deliciousness starts to glow and glitter, reflecting light as if from someone was pointing a spotlight at your hips.
This gives you disadvantage to any stealth or hide rolls during that same 1 minute.
