Tigers of Nam
A criminal organization that operates primarily in the province of Nam. Models themselves after the tiger, and claims to be descendants of the FIve Tigers of Nam, five legendary heroes from the past, but the claim is dubious at best. Has a bone to pick with Fanna for stealing from one of their members.
