River Dragon's Pearl

In the origin myths of Lingguo/绫国, it is believed dragons hold a sample of The Weaver’s power, as they are individual divine threads that were shaped into powerful beasts. One such dragon holds the title of the River of Life’s guardian. It was in possession of a massive pearl, which granted the owner the ability to control the weather. Unfortunately, the dragon ended up being felled in the War of the Corrupted Threads while protecting its territory. As such, many beings, both Spirits and Mortals, have fought over ownership of such a powerful item, with the rich and influential being the most victorious. It is believed to be in possession of someone with those traits, particularly someone located nearby the river, but due to their power, they have dodged attempts to track them down and retrieve the pearl.
