Mythology & Lore
In the beginning, the universe existed as a ball of tangled threads, too knotted and tightly wound for anything of substance to exist. Then, a figure emerged out of the threads, untangled them, separated them out one by one, and summoned a loom. On this loom they weaved the entire universe into existence. To this day, The Weaver still exists, constantly weaving new life into and maintaining the tapestry.
Cosmological Views
Believes the world and all living things exist as a massive tapestry that is continuously being woven into existence by a deity known as The Weaver.
Tenets of Faith
Treat Your Surroundings As You'd Treat Yourself
Be kind to others and be kind to the environment. The environment is a public space for everyone to enjoy. Because everything and everyone is linked together on the cosmological tapestry, doing good to others inevitably links back as good for yourself. Selfishness is isolating, and isolation is the most miserable kind of existence.Your Bonds Define Who You Are
Everybody is tied to something. Where they grew up, who they keep company with, and their interests dictates their path in life.Build A Community
No one truly can truly make it through life alone. People depend on one another to survive. The strength and beauty of the divine tapestry is in that it is built up of countless, smaller individual threads. What one person can't do alone, many people can tackle in the blink of an eye.The Cycle of the Weave Is Limitless
The divine tapestry is not static: It is ever moving and ever changing. While certain lives and bonds may change and disappear in one area, new ones can show up or even be woven into another. All living beings follow this principle: Living their life--whether Spirit or Human, dying, then having their esence recycled to be threaded into the divine tapestry once again.Priesthood
Religious leaders usually wear special kind of robes, similar to what monks would wear. Leaders usually grow up apprenticed under another leader, learning the teachings and cultivating their powers up until both they and their mentor agree they are sufficient enough to be independent.
