Founder:

  Krel is a wealthy Aarakocran with questionable motivations. He has plenty of money to lend out to needy townsfolk or adventurers, but can be demanding in his collection of payments. He would prefer to catch people when they are short of funds so that he can demand repayment in the form of a shady job. These jobs can range from murder to thieving, but rarely involve honest work.  

Shop Appearance

  Krel can be found standing beneath his red and gold kiosk. With a large ledger that sits before him on a table,. He is ready to lend out money to those who are desperate enough, and is diligent in his recording of the transaction. He gives no definitive dates on when he expects the loan to be paid back, but assures you that when it is time to pay up, he will find you.  

Goods & Services:

  Krel will not charge interest, if you can repay your loan when he seeks you out. If you are unable to pay back your loan, then he will demand that you perform a service for him. These services can include stealing an item, kidnapping a person, delivering a threat, committing murder, or any other nefarious act that could result in jail time.
