Owner
Dolly Bjork is a short, human bard, who finds art in the preparation of pork. She is a self proclaimed pork enthusiast and sees pigs as the best food source on the planet. The owner of a pig farm north east of the town proper, she is a jovial woman who enjoys seeing others delight in her food.
Appearance of Establishment
Dolly Bjork's Pulled Pork is operated out of a wagon, which Dolly pulls through town on a daily basis. Though it is not really legal for her to do so, Dolly has learned that offering a beer to Janey's Kegger's when they hassle her for her permits, will encourage them to look the other way.
