Devil Incursion
1482 dr

Lots of attacks from the devils along the Dragon Coast.   There seemed to be a herald that attacked Westgate but seemed independent from the Ghost.   We Killed the Theif, we possess the bow.   Two Summoning Spells have been prevented.

Leylines

We found a map of Ley Lines in the Tomb of Agehiron.   The Map is of an Ancient Dragon coast, and it has some type of magic built into it that will adjust the lines to show these ley lines.   It seems like the cult is trying to find these points of power and amplify a specific type of summoning spell.   Found one point in Proscur and another in Cormyr.   The summoning seems to require a large human sacrifice.   We also found an Ax that was hidden.

While it had become a place known for honest and fair trade,[8] it had a long-standing history of thieves' guilds that operated out in the open,[2] and was even a haven for the unscrupulous Red Wizards. Reddansyr was a small settlement found in the Dragon Coast region of central Faerûn.[1] It had a well-earned reputation as an adventurers' town because it was a good source of information for such people Redwater  was a notable settlement found in the Dragon Coast region of the Eastern Heartlands. Telpir was an independent city on the Dragon Coast. The city stood north of Turmish, with the nation's borders within an eyesight of Telpir's walls, and east of Starmantle Nathlan was a small, feudal state on the Dragon Coast around 1479 DR. It was inhabited primarily by Shou immigrants from Kara-Tur organized into clans. Nathlan was suspicious of non-Shou and non-humans.[1] Cormyr also known as the Forest Country and the Land of the Purple Dragon[1] was an independent nation in interior Faerûn. It was historically one of the most prosperous countries of Faerûn. The Purple Dragons were the famous military of Cormyr that were renowned for their discipline, skill, and loyalty.[1] The Purple Dragons were considered to be one of the strongest armies in the Realms, and were well renowned for their heroism and acts of valor in the field of combat. They ranged from young nobles who joined as officers and Purple Dragon knights, to farmers who joined as Blades. The well-disciplined army was made possible through Cormyr's military and hierarchical heritage.     Cult of Mammon Enthusiastic practitioners of the sins of greed and lust flock to worship Mammon. His temples are ostentatious displays of obscene wealth that tower over the landscape. These lavishly appointed edifices, dripping with gems and precious metals, aren’t so much fortresses housing treasure as treasures shaped like fortresses. All implements within them, from altars to sacrificial knives, are made of gold and encrusted with precious gems.
