The Clips
The street gang in Port Deepwater known as the Clips, are successful smugglers, raconteurs, drug runners and petty thieves. They never forget a transgression and work hard to see that the aggressor is broken and bloody, or worse, dead. They are estimated at 200-300 members, with another 800 affiliates.
