Haethe' Ennor
A glorious affair of wood and crystal spires, Haethe' Ennors' structures are built in perfect harmony with the trees and streams of the forest. Its beauty, however, is “neighbors”—the desire to live intermixed with humanity is relatively slim for most non-High elves. Despite their huge leap forward in civilization over the last few thousand years, humans still have a ways to come before their bizarre
panoply of religions and governments has any hope of matching Elven refinement. As a result, the elves’ natural tendency toward isolationism continues to hold sway in Loswar, and its semi-closed borders are patrolled with deadly effectiveness by wraith-like bands of rangers. Haethe' Ennor is a beautiful example of High Elven craftsmanship, the likes of which have been mostly forgotten by their homeland in Tel Morath. When the Elves split their culture, the High Elves left the land of Tel Morath to create a just empire on their own, practicing isolationism fiercely, staying to themselves.
