Chracia
A bastion of High Elven pride and the location for the Royal Army of Loswar. The soldiers that garrison here are among the most highly trained and proffesional force in the world. Made entirely of pure blooded High Elven warriors, they go to battle with the finest armor and weapons that Elvenkind has to offer. Chracia is beautiful, with its high walls of pure white and flowing banners that wave in the ocean wind. Only a few outsiders have been permitted to step foot within its hallowed walls, therefor little is known about the city itself.
