Argwylnn is a must visit in the Back Alley. He owns Argwylnn's Magical Supplies. A black market assortment of mostly stolen items, that he sells for a decent price. He is nasty foul mouthed sorcerer with substantial power and is willing to help most people that will pay him a good price. His origins are unknown, but it can be assumed he emerged out from underneath one of the Solean mountain chains to strike out on his own.
