Water Elemental

A species of Elementals that are formed when souls fly into the Water Chaos.  Their soul is thought to be mutilated in such a way that they may never return to their original form.  They swim through the clouds and waters of the world, sometimes interacting, but usually follow currents once they are content to do so.  They have a high affinity for all types of magic, and some learn water magic, but since that limits them, they generally don't pick it up, but if it seems like it would be useful then they learn it quickly and don't complain.
